15. REGULAR ASSEMBLY OF SHAREHOLDERS
On June 30, 2023. the 15th Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Fratello Trade a.d. Banja Luka was held, where the annual financial and business reports, the report on the work of the management board and the report of the internal auditor were adopted.
In addition to other decisions, the following were adopted at the regular assembly: the decision on the distribution of profits from 2022 and the decision on the payment of dividends.
